As we know, articles written on the Kenosha County Eye, Kevin Mathewson's site, are often watered down or blown out of proportion. When an article comes out about a woman or minority, my curiosity peaks, especially when wild allegations are made about them. In this case, Kevin wrote about a local nurse in Kenosha, making huge allegations against her, so naturally, I did some digging. I found out that she was married to a Kenosha County Sheriff Department Detective and is currently in a custody battle. Quite the time for Kevin to exploit a woman to protect a police buddy, in my opinion. Thanks to some friends that know this officer well, I was able to put together the story that Kevin doesn't want to tell.
Scott Becker, a Detective in Kenosha County, has been recognized as a domestic abuser for many years. Witnesses have reported incidents of Becker pulling his wife out of well-known places, such as Hattrixs bar in Kenosha, forcibly by her hair. Additionally, Becker reportedly has broken his wife's nose, harmed his children, and coerced them into lying to his fellow officers to shield himself from abuse charges.
According to friends and family, prior to joining the Sheriff Department in Kenosha, Becker served in the military but was medically discharged due to severe PTSD. He then moved to Illinois where his wreckless driving continued. After this, he moved to Kenosha where he pursued becoming a Deputy Sheriff. With assistance from David Beth, he secured a position as a Deputy. Although he initially failed his first psychological evaluation, he was allowed to retake it. On May 19th, 2016, Becker was sworn in as a deputy. Becker has since been promoted to Detective for the Kenosha County Sheriff Department.

Becker’s reported abuse did not ease up at this point; in fact, having a badge made him invincible and able to get away with more, according to those that know him. Using his friends and police equipment, he was able to stalk and abuse his family without facing repercussions. His family, terrified of the position he holds and the power he claims, is forced into silence. Scott Becker appears to have gone above and beyond to silence the mother of his children, even going as far as planting drugs in her yard to frame her. It is believed that Becker used resources in the Sheriff's Department and help from the woman in this video to set up the mother of his children during their ongoing custody battle.
Becker wouldn't be able to engage in such abusive behavior without the support of his friends and Kevin Mathewson. Kevin, known for his unwavering support of law enforcement, is assisting Becker by writing smear articles about Becker's ex during their custody battle. It appears that protecting abusive individuals is something Kevin often engages in. Kenosha County has already voiced significant concerns about the sheriff department, which is why there is a lack of trust. It's crucial to hold these men accountable. Both Becker and those aiding him need to face consequences.
This article isn't intended to criticize all police officers; rather, it aims to shed light on the issues in Kenosha County. The extent to which these incidents occur under the guise of law is appalling, and we must protect the victims.
The case of Scott Becker serves as an example of the failures within the system, raising serious questions about the criteria and standards for those who are entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the law. There is not a single justifiable reason why someone like Scott Becker should be on the streets wearing a badge, representing authority and power. This is a case that should shake our community to its core and make us demand an explanation of the practices and policies within the Sheriff's department. It is essential that we direct all of our eyes to this department for answers, demanding transparency and reform. The implications of such incidents extend beyond individual cases; they challenge the very foundation of trust between law enforcement and the community they are sworn to protect. As we delve deeper into these issues, it becomes clear that a thorough investigation and a commitment to systemic change are not just necessary but urgent. We must advocate for a law enforcement culture that prioritizes the safety and rights of all citizens, ensuring that no one, regardless of their position, is above the law.
I personally contacted the victim in this case, Becker's ex, but she was unwilling to comment. I assume this is due to fear of repercussions. Predators thrive when they are feared, fear keeps victims silent.
Due to the nature of these allegations and the position Scott Becker holds, the names of sources are hidden to protect them and thier families.
“I personally contacted the victim in this case, Becker's ex, but she was unwilling to comment. I assume this is due to fear of repercussions.” You are assuming this and it’s actually pretty hypocritical of you in my opinion, basically putting “your opinion” or “your spin” on things to steer the story the way you want. You’re assuming why she didn’t want to respond, which is exactly what you accuse KM of doing. Maybe she just doesn’t want to be associated with you or your page. Your whole page is one big hypocrisy
Nice article, it has *piqued my curiosity.
Another story with KM and his KCE mentioned. He is living rent free, you don't even see it.
The headline seems misleading based on the year promoted
